Glenn & Connie Ritchey's Match Campaign
During Hurricane Irma, Council on Aging's (COA) main administrative office on Beach Street in Daytona Beach sustained extensive damage and was declared to be uninhabitable. Glenn and Connie Ritchey have issued a match challenge for COA to help get the much needed funds to cover this disaster. The Ritchey's will match dollar for dollar up to $100,000.00 any donations made to COA in the month of October 2017.
"Throughout the storm, Council on Aging continued to provide the most critical of services to the Volusia County seniors they serve from makeshift locations, but it's time to get them back on their feet," said Glenn Ritchey. "The work they do is vital to our community and we all need to support them in this time of crisis."
